How can I wash the hammock? Are there any special instructions?

Thank you for your question.
It can be washed in a washing machine. Before the start, you need to remove all the carabiners. We do not recommend to wash several fabrics at the same time and add any fabric softener or other additional cleaning agents. Use cold water, a liquid detergent, and gentle wash cycle. We also recommend using air dry.

What are measures for arms with handlers? Is it possible to change the length of the handle?

The longest one has fixed length around 49'', middle one is 30'' and the smallest one - around 9,5''.
All three are connected to the carabiner on the top. You cannot change the length. But, 2 extension straps are included in the set - 50'' each, 10 loops each. It is easy to adjust arms to the height which fits you the best.
You can use one loops level to attach the main hammock itself, but another level for arms with handlers.

Hi, I actually already ordered your product)) but can you tell me how much space does It require for exercising? I can't find this information.

Thanks for your question.
Having 2 ft. of space in each direction is a good rule of thumb to determine whether your chosen spot is ideal and functional. Of course, you will feel much freely during exercising with more space available around the swing - but 2 ft. is needed minimum for this purpose.

How big are this foam handles? I have a small hand - will it be comfortable to use for me?

Hi Kseniya,Thank you for your question.The size of all 6 handles is the same - 4.92''x1.3'' (12,5x3,3 cm). The basic of the handle is made of durable plastic. It is covered with foam, which is pleasantly soft and practical. We have sessions with kids as well - they love it!
