Very Well Made/Easy Install
These lights are fabulous! Very well made and packaged. I didn't have one failure. The installation was really where these lights shined. A very useful tension spring clip is screwed into a fencepost in my case, then the light is simply pushed in the slots and done.I have what is called a good neighbor fence in this area, so both sides of the fence look the same. In order to hide the wiring as best I could, I drilled a hole from the center of the fence post (to be covered by the light) to the side of the post and exits right next to the horizontal rail on the fence. See pictures. Then I used a cable stapler to staple the 14/2 wire to the underside of the horizontal fence rail. (see pictures). This worked really well and was very hard to see when you got say 20' away.In one picture, the fencing is stained and the wire is really hidden. In another picture I installed on a new fence (on the other side of the house) and even then, it's hard to see. Though you can see that the light reflects off the fence brighter if it is not stained. I will be staining that fence in the spring. Also, you can see how easy the wiring is even though I'm in the PNW, I didn't think insulated connectors were necessary. I just used my favorite electrical connector: Wago 221. (See pictures)As you can see, in my case, it didn't matter that the wire from the light is only 3 feet or so long, not sure what they were thinking there. But I cut them to about 3" long in my application. On one side of the house I had about 80' from the 110v outlet (transformer) to where I started the lighting. So I used 12/2 landscape wiring from the transformer to the first light, then I used 14/2 for the rest of the lights to ensure I would have very little voltage drop. On the other side, again I used 12/2 from the transformer to the first light (even though it was 25' distance), then 14/2 for the rest of the lights. But I also had to drop down to the dirt planter for another type of landscape light, so I went back to 12/2 for about a 30' run for 4 lights. I didn't use 16/2 wire anywhere. It's be much easier to work with, but you'll get too much voltage drop even in shorter runs. This is the landscape wire I used, it's very good and of course can be buried: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y6NJDQ4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1I used two 60w transformers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KXDQ9QT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1And one 120w transformer: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RGQM12Q?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsBoth types were very good and very simple. Just plug them in and set to photocell...done.This is the stapler I used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004Z2K4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1with the 5/16" staple: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000BYCQZ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsand here are the 3-conductor electrical connectors: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W5RKXCB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

Beautiful Lights for a fence. (One Bad Fixture out of 12)
UPDATE: The manufacturer sent me a replacement for the defective unit once it was determined that I had it wired correctly. They asked for photos for proof, but once that was done, it was shipped quickly. Thanks! Now over a year later all the lights are performing beautifully!Love the lights, easy to install. As others mentioned, the leads are a bit short, so you have to run wire higher up on the fence and not in the ground. This causes some issues with unsightly cables on the back of the fence, but not the end of the world.Mounting brackets are easy to use, and installation was a breeze. Recommend that you get some connectors to clamp the light lead wires into your low voltage landscape lighting cable and have that ready. After about a month, I have had 1 fixture out of the 12 that has failed (started flashing on and off, and now will not light at all). Amazon is not helpful in supporting, so hopefully the manufacturer will back the light as it is supposed to have a 3 year warranty. I will let you know how that goes in an update to this review.

Leon Lites deck/fence lights.
Very nice quality lights. Worth the money. It would have been better if the listing stated neither the power pack nor the power lines were included. I thought I was buying a whole kit.DMS

Good and bad
These lights look great looking and solidly made but three of my lights have already burned out in 3 months. I bought two sets so now I have to either buy more or replace them all
