I’ve used this dish in a microwave, air fryer, oven, even in the freezer. Very versatile and easy to clean.Dimensions are just under 13 cm deep, 17 cm wide, 5 cm high.

Good portion size
Good portion size for batch cooking and freezing. I would have bought more but they’re quite expensive.

Great size for single portions or small place sizes, I use mine for over to table and then the kids can pop on after to store the leftover for lunch the next day
