These vitamins have been a pleasant surprise. The pills are a manageable size and easy to swallow with water, which is a huge plus since I usually struggle with larger supplements. They don’t have an overwhelming vitamin taste or leave a bad aftertaste, and I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell either. They’ve also been gentle on my stomach. I didn’t experience any digestive discomfort, nausea, or upset stomach, even when taking them first thing in the morning. Overall, they’re easy to take consistently, and based on my experience, I would definitely purchase them again.

I enjoy taking this product. Strong response in my body, so I split the packet into a two-day intake. For about 1 week I took the entire daily packet, but I got headaches because these are powerful supplements. Great energy! Yes, I felt good- except the headaches. I bought this brand because Avon had a multivitamin line called Espira that was discontinued. Hands down the best multivitamin I have ever taken, but Avon discontinued that line, so this GNC is the closest to the value, quality, and supplement type. If you are hemoglobin or ferritin deficient, this multi will not be enough for you. That is another reason I split each daily packet so I could take iron. Sidebar for Iron: try Ancestral Supplements brand, Ferrets Iron brand, or Blood Builder. As I am very low in ferritin, I split GNC multi and take double iron. Right now I take 1 Ferrets and 1 Blood Builder with a multi each day. Careful! You need to increase your exercise regimen so you don’t get chunky ;-)

This is like my third time ordering this box. It has helped me get energy and it is so good.

I had to wait to finish the 30 packs and I noticed my front hair and skin even my backache reduced too. And I believe it’s because of the vitapack I have placed order for more.

One thing I dislike is that I get a slight headache after taking full dosage, once I split the dosage I am fine, overall it makes me feel better every day

I've only been taking these about a week and my appetite is almost non-existant and I am very fatigued now. I am a bit shocked at the consistently high daily value percentage of the light green caps and will try only taking one of them. If my appetite and fatigue do not improve, I will stop taking these vitamins as it appears I am not tolerating them well. I had normal energy and appetite before I started taking these. The pills are quite large, but I am able to take them all at once with a large glass of water. I would not recommend these for anyone who struggles to swallow pills.
