Really loved it for a few years. Stuck at home and this was a great supplement to my workout regimen. Super easy to use and have a range of “weights” so with the right motion can hit all the muscle groups you want. However 2 of the straps snapped 2.5 years in. Granted lots of use in them but I would have expected a longer useful life. I was very careful not to overload them but alas, they failed me. Good but know what you’re getting into

i got these so i could do isolation movements during covid19 quarantine. shipping took too long probably due to pandemic. a little history on me, serious weigh tlifter for years, trained with many people while in the military, currently doing gym rings during isolation. i know a lot about working out and equipment. ive had the tube rubber bands before that are PURE TRASH do not buy them. these are completely different. ive played with them for 30 minutes since i just opened them. i can already tell these things are going to be the PERFECT stretching AND warmup tool. theyre not snappy like i expected them to be, theyre smoother than i thought they would be so they dont grip your skin. these things are great and whats so perfect about them, you can pick how much resistance you want by where you grab them at. ive stretched them to see how they react, even if i only grab a small section of a band, its a slow smooth stretch. doesnt feel like i could snap the smallest one without significant effort intentionally trying to snap it. these are honestly more money than i wanted to pay for them, but they are worth it. i promise youll be able to do some compounds movements with the heavier ones and get a good workout in for muscle growth. i expect them to maintain their elasticity, but if they dont, honestly i would buy a new set every year for how much use im about to get out of them.the perfect at home workout set up would be these, gym rings for compound movements, ab roller just to hit you abs often the gym rings also hit your abs hard, a jump rope for cardio or some type of fight based cardio like boxing/mma, and i havent figured out the perfect thing for legs. i really feel like you need weights for legs, but maybe not if thats not your goal. i know i wrote this out like an idiot but im in a hurry to take this nap and im just so excited about these. GET THEM NOW. im not a paid shill. if mountaindog on youtube recommends these TYPE of bands as a pro bodybuilder, you know they work.

-Quality is amazing; support this family owned business if you’re interested in being free to get a great work out anywhere & anytime-If you’re used to going to the gym & lifting heavy, don’t be surprised if you’re NOT ready for the green band!-The quality of the carabiners exceeded my expectations-Easy to “assemble” the handles to the carabiners, door anchor (very important) & handles-Wish list or suggestion; the workout guide is very good & informative, but, I personally like when a product has a DVD with “a person” so that I can do the exercises with low level of music in background - as if I were with a personal trainer or friend. If this is to costly for this family owned company, I bet enthusiasts would pay extra if this was offered as an additional purchase to go along with the product. I know I would have!

Upon opening this product my expectations were exceeded. The packaging is so thoughtful and precise. Each band is looped neatly and bound together with a coordinating color rubber band. The illustrated brochure will get you started quickly. A nice, courtesy carry bag with zipper top is included. The product and packaging are very aesthetically pleasing. And no rubber odor.The bands themselves are of a higher caliber than expected. I’ve purchased flimsy mini bands before and had low hopes, but the 4evershape shape bands are in a different caliber altogether: they seem durable enough for a professional gym setting. They aren't inexpensive, but they're worth the extra cost. Thick, smooth, satin texture, and deep colors. The handles and door-stop accessories are made really well. Totally exceeded expectations!I need to give an extra thanks to customer service. I purchased the product at the very beginning of the Covid-19 crisis and paid for Priority shipping. 4evershape tried to contact me about shipping delays but their messages were being directed to my spam folder sadly. They even refunded me for shipping fees. I complained to Amazon about the lack of communication from 4evershape, but I should have checked my spam folder. Why must literally everything be wrapped in plastic??? This is not medical equipment. There's no need for each individual band to be wrapped in plastic. I don't know how many layers of plastic are included in this, but I would not have bought it if I had realized there would be so much of it. Sorry, that doesn't have to do with the quality of this item, but it does have to do with the fact that our food web is going to be destroyed in maybe 50 years and all of your working out will do nothing for your dead body at that point. Please, producers of all things, start having some common sense about this. Oh, never mind, we're doomed anyway. Have fun working out with this for a while! It's pretty good! The bands do provide a lot of resistance! i got this set mostly for pull up assistance to start with, so they're great for that. It seems pretty sturdy. For using this as a "gym" on my door, it's a little more awkward that I thought, but it works.
