Recently I wrote about a Shentec battery that went bad! Well, I was wrong! It turns out that the battery tester I was using was bad! Just a few minutes ago I ran a new test on the battery showing 12.3 volts of charge which is Great for a three year old!! I will continue to use Shentec!

this battery has lasted a month with the first charge. It is better than the original battery that came with the tool . I am very pleased with this purchase.

Good Price Works Just Fine

I bought this as a replacement to my Ryobi battery about 2.5 years ago. In that time I drained and recharged the battery maybe 6-8 times (rounding up to 10 to be safe), and just today it completely died on me. It died shortly after recharging and when I put it back in the charger it gave me the "malfunction" light pattern. Very disappointed that this battery lasted fewer than 10 charges over the course of 2.5 years. Batteries should last at least 5-10 years (unless you recharge them a lot).

I love the Ryobi 12V drill I have at work so much that I bought a second one to use at home. I wanted an extra battery for it, but the listing had disappeared from Home Depot's website.This battery works just like the OEM and charges on the original Ryobi charger. It takes a lot more effort to snap in and out than the Ryobi battery. Not really a problem, I guess. It's not going to fall out while I'm working.At home, the batteries spend most of their time in a box under my bed. Time will tell if the Shentec holds a charge as well as the name brand. I'll update this review in a year or so...

Nothing to dislike, all fine, it work's.

Shipped quickly. Battery was charged and ready when it arrived and fit perfectly on my tool and the charger. Used it all day to put baseboards on, charged it and used it the next day.

Great company........Great company....Great battery..........first battery stopped holding a charge after 6 months.........company sent cash back or replacement offer......took replacement and have been really happy with this battery........Bought this drill for my wife because is small and very light weight,,but I use it all the time over my heavy duty drills ( I'm only 89)......Great battery and great company..........will buy agaiin as needed..........Thia battery runs a very long time even on the hardest jobs and charges very quickly when needed and I use it very often!
