The magnet fell out immediately. It was not glued in place. I expected more quality control at that price. To be fair, I notified Bluetee and they responded within 24 hours. I am to receive a new replacement tool very soon. Excellent customer service! Also, the tool is very high quality and just what I wanted!

Looks good and seems to be pretty sturdy but out of the box the magnet came off with the ball marker. Didn't look like it was ever even glued in. I had to invest in some super glue which isn't a huge inconvenience but you'd think you shouldn't have to fix something right out of the box (update) blue tees contacted me and sent me a replacement . Excellent customer service

This golf multi tool from blue tee’s is awesome 10/10 recomen. The ball marker is think and clean looking the bottle open is an awesome touch. When needed in a pinch the divot aspect makes for a more than efficient groove cleaner. I love that it also doubles as a cigar/club lean to but it also ended up with me having to buy this one as a replacement. I was an idiot on an early morning round and used the club lean to but forgot to grab it after my chip on to the green. For the money you can’t beat this divot tool, fits well in your pocket, and checks a lot of boxes golfers want. Just don’t be an idiot like me.

UPDATE 9/20/2024:--------------------------------------------------------------------- The seller did reach out and offer a full refund of the product, which was super nice. I had updated the review to 4/5 stars because of that. I did not accept the refund, as I still plan to use the tool regardless of having to put a little bit of super glue on it to ensure the magnet feature works. Thanks seller. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- upon receiving the product, impressed with the packaging, the weight and overall look and feel of the product. But as other reviews have stated the magnet came out with the ball marker, wasn't even initially glued or adhered to the divot tool. Big inconvenience to have to now go to the store and find super glue to adhere it as this was the main feature I was looking forward to. 2 stars because the product is very nice quality aside from the issue of the magnet.

Magnet keeps falling out and does not hold ball marker very well

I love this divot tool. It’s larger than others I have used which makes it easier to handle to it picks up the divot easier - a bigger surface area for repair. It’s thing so it slips easily in and out of your pocket. Also because of its larger size it’s better for those time when you set a putter or other club on it to avoid moisture that may be on the course. It comes with a ball marker (attached via magnet). It’s their brand, but it’s smaller so you can’t use a marker you may already. More of a minor issue. Give it a try, I think you’ll be impressed.

El imán para la marca venía despegado. El abrelatas es muy pequeño y dificulta su trabajo. Fuera de eso, el metal es de buena calidad.

Looks well made until I went to use for the first time and the blob of glue used to hold the magnet let go. For this money it should be far better QC.

Le vernis se décolle à la première utilisation. J'aurais accepté sur un article à 2€. Sur un article à 22€ c'est un scandale. Je demande le remboursement.
