Glad to find something that is caffeine and gluten free

Good taste but the amount of b12 made my skin burn. I tried to reduce the amount of powder but my skin still tingles. Did get a boost of energy though!

This works well! I personally only use one scoop because 2 gives me the itches 😭. I don't feel a big rush or anything, but I do feel like it help give a little push in my workout. The taste isn't anything special, but isn't bad! For it being all natural, etc, this is great! It's lasted me a good amount of time too! It mixes fine with water, juice, etc. The only thing I'm taking a star off for is the taste honestly. It's okay, but honestly not super good or anything. It taste kinda salty and sour but not unbearable. Overall, worth a try at least!

I was excited about this product since I’m new to the fitness journey. I mixed this in water, drank it, and a couple minutes after I started to feel weird. Like needle pricks inside my body, specially on my arms and hands. I then started to feel my arms and face swell up! I am discarding this product. It’s unfortunate since it tastes pretty good and ingredients seem pretty clean

Great clean pre-workout! I usually workout in the afternoon so didn't want something with caffeine. This works great and makes me feel "energized". Flavor is amazing too. Only downside is the packaging - the re-sealable part doesn't work. When it arrives you have to tear off the top, but then you can't re-seal it closed because the powder is all over/inside the seal. So I have to fold over the top and use a clip to keep it closed.

Item arrived damaged, had to have Amazon make a “one time exception” to offer me a refund. If I were to order again, I would take all the risk that the product arrives in good condition and not damaged or I will be paying for nothing. With that being said, the item is a great stim free option to give you the tingles without messing up sleep for those who workout after work. The tingles are great! It mixes well enough but might have some powder in the bottom as all typical pre workouts do. The main reason to buy it is for the best ingredient list of any preworkout that makes you feel something. If the return/replacement policy gets fixed, this would be FIVE STARS. Not sure if I am allowed to say this on Amazon, but buy through the company’s website to avoid the atrocious risk of a damaged product with no replacement.

The product works well in terms of good energy boost and effective workout but I hate the big packet— it’s so messy, the powder gets everywhere, the spoon provided does not fit well in either so also annoying to close. For powders either a jar or single narrow sachets are better. Won’t be purchasing again as it’s annoying to use.
