This work great . I prevents the cord from tangling so much. I bought one for on the handset and I bought one with an extension. No static on line.

Great value for the money. Works just as described.

It seems this was made smaller than a normal phone jax, It will not stay in place and there is no connection so I do not get a dial tone. Very disappointed

Works and spins very smoothly. I've had no problem at all with sound or static issues. I love that I no longer have to untwist the handset by letting it dangle and spin! YAY!

This item does keep the cord from being tangled and I like that about it. However, it does not fit tightly in the handset, and when talking I can hear some static. When I push it a little bit into the handset the static stops. It's just not as tight a fit as it should be. When I take it off the handset, the static disappears completely. So I guess I would say I am sort of pleased with it.

Looks nice and sturdy and does the job it’s designed to do. BUT the phone call are constantly cutting in and out and very staticky. You have to hold the small devise in order for a clear conversation. Which defeats the purpose

This detangler does the job. The small jack that plugs into the phone itself is very delicate but as long as the cord isn't pulled to the limit it should last a while.

Never get a bad connection. No longer get tangled.
