Probably works more than just a placebo, has been worth it for me.
I have no idea if it ACTUALLY works, but I started it about a month ago. Says ONE a day...I sometimes do TWO. I haven't changed my diet/food intake really. I have been walking a lot though. Either way...I'm down around 5 lbs. so far. I have been sleeping better too. I still wake up at like 3-4 a.m...but I'm ready to call it an evening at around 10:30...instead of still being awake at midnight!

These do not contain therapeutic doses
The Price is Right but the therapeutic dose is five times what is listed on the bottle for most of the mushroom extracts. 1000 mg a day is a therapeutic dose for lion's mane and I believe 1000 mg is also the therapeutic dose for reishi. The reason this product is so cheap is because it uses raw unextracted mushroom powder. While it does have some nutritional benefits and functions as a prebiotic, it does not address most of the issues that a therapeutic dose would have. I was fairly disappointed with my purchase and switched the brand we are using to one with actual therapeutic doses. However, I'm stuck with an unopened bottle and a bottle that's about half used, which is unfortunate.

Daily Incredible Effective Supplement
I work fulltime and started using this product to help my concentration. I am a 69 year old woman and had concerns about mental clarity and focus. I love the overall brain boost I feel from using this mushroom supplement. I know the cell and energy and brain health support i get daily are exceptional. Easy to digest. No aftertaste.
