Becareful if you are spraying: DO NOT flush!!!!! it will cut the cold water and spray you with hot water ... on your sensitive bits...Ouch... but ohter than that it been really good.

The installation isn’t as easy as I thought if you have a cabinet below your sink you’ll probably have to drill a hole. Otherwise it’s one of the best purchases I ever made my dad has Parkinson’s and this definitely aided him.

This works great. The biggest issue with it was the hoses weren’t long enough to hook it up properly. That and we needed to buy adapters as the connections weren’t the same sizes as the water sources.

I am new to the world of bidets... Everything showed up on time and packaged well. The directions were easy to follow. All of the parts to install the bidet were included and I was a washer not a wiper in about 30 minutes!

Honestly this feels like it's blasting me on every single setting that I can use, it's not gentle and the hot water part that I paid more for does not work. Should've just bought the other one I bought for my sisters a gift...it was $15 cheaper

The stream is kind of turbulent so when it comes out it feels like it sprinkles outside of the target area. Once it hits the target area it seems to bounce back. Because of the design of this and my toilet seat, the bidet part protudes beyond the toilet seat so some splash back ends up on that part (someone else posted a picture explaining). The splash back has been all water, but it still feels unsanitary and is very much not ideal.Although they say the seat is thin, you still definitely need to buy some bumpers otherwise the seat bends whenever you sit down. These bumpers should've been included.I needed 2x of the 9/16th connectors, but I got one of those and one of a bigger size, so I got another off of Amazon.

2nd review they were nice enough to refund me enough to purchase a new adapter that fits my toilet which was missing on my original order. So far I have no complaints haven't been able to use it but its comfortable to sit on and the dial feels solid and luxurious.it wasn't the most easiest to install but so far once I get my new adapter it'll be all worth it. Great purchase for the price. Also I wanted to add if there is a gap on the seat you can always get gap spacers for like $8 bucks on amazon maybe less but for me I didn't need any, Which was surprising.

No surprises! Looks EXACTLY as shown.. It also gets every nook & cranny. It's a shower for your bum & lady parts.... you don't even need toilet paper...10 out of 10. FUN FACT: you WILL save $75 a year (PER PERSON) on toilet paper. If you're a cheapskate like me, get you one & you can thank me later. You're welcome in advance ☺

This was a great purchase. It was so easy to instal, My 15yr old son installed it alone. Came with all parts needed. I love the different settings for feminine wash as well as pressure and temperature settings! I would definitely recommend this product!

The only thing I did't like is the warm water cable. It is a little short to my washroom. The sink and the toilet seat are not side by side. So the warm water cable was short.

I live the idea of a bidet and don’t feel clean without one. However this one sprays everywhere except where it is supposed to. Takes a long time to get warm water. Have to be careful once hot that you don’t burn yourself. I have seen far better than this one
