Very easy to cut, simply use scissors at the mark and shove the plastic cap over it and it’s done. Great dimmer range, especially with diva lutron dimmer, no flicker. Amazing its a singular glow. Hardwired install by cutting off the plug. Using for a cove light project with the longer tracks (buy them if you want to it straight, worth every penny even though they are pricey for how simple they are - it is what it is). For a little lore than $100 all in with the longer track and light this is the strip light I’ve bought hands down (have tried a half dozen types).

We love love love 💜💜💜 these! Installed them easily on my deck and works beautifully. The glow is phenomenal and was just what was needed to subtly light up the areas. Have gotten quite a few compliments too! Plan to purchase more soon.

Electrician hardwire to separate rolls on each side of the room and used for lighting under baseboards looks great. Everyone loves it great price I would recommend.

Despite being outdoor lighting, the rope lights work great to light up my basement. They are easy to look at, the light disperses evenly, and they are simple to use once installed. My only gripe is that installing the guide rails with the small screws was very tedious. I still like them a lot though. My wife and I had trouble finding LED rope lights with a similar hue/warmth/brightness.

I tried several different types of LED lights before coming across these rope lights by shine decor. These are much higher quality and very heavy duty compared to other options I used in the past. They install nicely with the aluminum tracks and if you want really straight lines I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to buy their long aluminum tracks. I had one issue with the lights, but when I reached out to the company they were very responsive and quickly warrantied the item and sent me a replacement. Overall been very happy with the product and impressed with the customer service.

These lights have amazing quality. The light itself is very bright and of durable construction. The metal brackets worked really well. Used them at my Burning Man camp. They were the only light we could see when back in a dust storm.

I like the look of the lighting! They were easy to put up and a nice even glow.

The media could not be loaded. Have seen and used other led rope lights with segmented look but this gives a continuous even light. Used it to brighten the kitchen above the cabinets. See for yourself.

First set I bought came damaged. Customer service was great helping me get a replacement.They are ‘trimmable’, but seller suggests it only be done by a certified electrician. A good idea, but not always practical.The light look great. They light up the yard way better than I expected for rope lights. Installation was a little rough though. The brackets are small and hard to work with. I needed all of them. Patience is recommended.Overall, I’m pleased now that’s it’s done. Knowing what I know, I would buy these again.

Deb at Shine-decor was very helpful. One of our rope lights stopped working, because I failed to waterproof an end. Deb answered my email right away with instructions on how to fix. She also sent me replacement ends and shrink wrap free of charge! Great customer service!
