I wasted my money on this purchase because there was absolutely no difference from before or after. I have been taking it for a month and honestly, I almost forgot to take it every day. So much for boosting my memory! I didn't have any side effects but I also didn't see any improvement on recalling things, remembering discussions, where I put items, etc.
