Overall a good product you can use everyday
Have used as cold Ice pack for last 1 month and I'm satisfied, normally it stays cold for half an hour after you take out from freezer and apply on body , but that does the job, it barely stays cold after one hour. Good for a cold massage after intense workout.Good for pain relief.

Disappointing Product: Gel Doesn't Freeze and Cooling Lasts Only Minutes
Even after freezing it for more than 24 hours, the gel does not freeze completely and remains in a semi-solid state. it provides very limited cooling and loses its chilling effect within just a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, it has not delivered the expected cold retention performance, making it ineffective for its intended use
