She's been struggling to brush her teeth well and since she was coming to stay with me for a week, I thought these would be a fun way to help her improve. We used them together each night and it was a blast! It made her tongue hot pink which made her giggle and the pink stain on the areas she missed really helped improve her teeth. It doesn't taste good, worse than cough medicine, so there was no risk of her swallowing it but she almost spit it out right away the first time. (Pro and con for the taste.)
