When I originally purchased this product I ended up having a surprise issue with an infestation in my storage closet. I had to get rid of the parts and I reached out to Yehnna to ask for help and told them what happened. They replaced my purchase immediately with no issue whatsoever.As for the shelves themselves, I LOVE the way they look, I think the light colored wood and simple design has a unintrusive modern feel.Assembly and mounting was very simple. I think the stairs could be slightly larger because an adult cat has to press themselves against the wall to use them, like a cliff edge. Cats are agile, and mine still use it, but I think it would be more comfortable for them if they had a bit more space.As another reviewer mentioned, the bottom slabs of the hexagon are slotted in during assembly and not secured with any screws, but this hasn't caused me any problems. The only issue I had with the hexagon piece is that there are no divets for the screws to rest in so the back isn't totally flush with the wall due to the screw heads sticking out a bit.The short: Great customer service, great idea, looks very nice, some small adjustments would make it perfect, still well worth the purchase and my cats use it, which is the point at the end of the day.

This product was easy to put together and mount on my wall, and I think it looks nice. My cats don’t seem to have a lot of interest in these pieces but there’s hope.

The bar along each side makes it hard for cars to get into. I tried removing one, but that ya what actually holds this together. If you have a fat lazy cat, thus probably won’t work.

I’m very pleased with the construction, materials, and aesthetics of this cat cozy! It looks fantastic hanging on the wall. Only problem is my very curious cats won’t go near it. Maybe they will in the future. Right now they’re too busy playing on their kitty treadmill and hidden “chase the feather” toys.

The wood on the hexagon piece is unfinished which may be a benefit so you can stain or paint it however you want. The stair section is finished so it doesn’t match the hex piece. The hex piece rattles around as some pieces are just sitting in grooves and not attached with screws or bolts. The mounting for the stair section is flimsy if you don’t hit a stud. The wall anchors still allow some wiggling as the cats use it. We added a third Mount as two was not enough even if both original mounts hit a stud. Also note that the stairs are narrow so your cat probably can’t turn around on them.

The design is cute and the items are well made. But the steps are not wide enough for our cats to turn around. We will have to add another wood piece to make them wide enough.
