Used this on my kitchen floor where despite regrouting recently its dirty again inside of a month. I bought the colour limestone after getting a sample first. You can apply this with a toothbrush or a small brush ( I used an artist's brush) and it's quite thick (not runny). I would advise wiping the excess off after a few minutes with a damp cloth, any longer you will have to scrub a bit and I definitely wouldn't leave it longer than 10 mins. My kitchen is 5m x 2m and it took me 4 hours to do it (one coat and then back for a couple of touch ups), wiping excess as I went. I only used about half/two thirds of the bottle. You do need to wipe carefully along the edges as if you just rub over the whole tile you will take some product off again. It dries in an hour or two and has transformed my floor. Some before and after pics attached. Hoping it lasts in terms of not also getting dirty; you can see that the product does look a little like a silicone finish (but not shiny) rather than the porous finish of grout itself, so hopeful that it has "sealed". Very pleased with result.

Firstly when i received just one bottle I thought there was a mistake!! I double checked and I realized the the photograph was miss leading as it looks as though you get three bottles. So £24 per bottle is a lot of money, the product within the bottle was thick, I was expecting it to be liquid from other peoples posts. I found it hard to apply due to the consistency of the product. I wont buy again

I liked that it's easy to apply and remove excess using a thin artists brush.Looks great after second coat.I disliked the price, it's expensive for the amount you get.Hard to match with an existing colour, so best to do the whole surface.
