Best best thing ever happened to me i recently started walking 10k steps and started having blisters on my feet so i needed something to cover it and give comfort and socks made the blisters worst so i needed something to cover the bandage so it may not come off and even though its for muscle pain relief i took the risk and it served the purpose i loved it great and comfortable and will order again

Quality good, adhesive good,but didn't sent the color we had opted for.

Using it as a secure adhesive for keeping glucose sensor in place and protected on the arm. Works pretty well for almost 4 weeks.

This is the best kinesiology tape I have ever used.Very good adhesive - even after a week it was not coming out. i had to apply oil to remove it. In that week i played 2 matches and bathe 2 times a day.Very good quality material- the strength was still there after 1 week. No iching or irritation on skinValue for money - cost is very reasonable given the above qualityOnly 1 con - does not stick at all on sweaty surface, but i dont think anything sticks on a sweaty body so it is absolutely acceptableBuying it again right now :)

Adhesion is decent provided you have your hair shaved. Also it sticks nice on skin but is loosely held when it is stuck overlapping the tape itself.

Don't buy. Worst product. The area got Scars and burns where the tape has been applied

Have a very good hold if applied perfectly and while applying have to avoid hand contact for better results.... It is cheaper than pain relief patch available in market also. Comfortable to wear
