A Love Poem For The Nemesis Knicker
I'm a big connoisseur of men's capris pants. I think the Zoic Men's Reign were the first I tried and I've been hooked ever since. I use them for bike riding so I don't have to worry about the crank and grease but they also feel a lot more comfortable than the conventional pants I own. Paired with a nice pair of warm socks they are fine in cooler weather. I suppose I look like a freak and/or poseur bike messenger to some people but whatever. These are my favorite pants ever. The first reason is that they are excellent and keeping you warm in the cool weather (keeping in mind my cool weather is in the SF Bay Area and not Chicago) and not getting you all sweaty if the weather is warmer (nice little ventilation holes in the thigh area). They are perfect to wear on my bike commute to keep me warm in the morning and then swapping the underwear out and wearing at work. The second reason is that they are extremely comfortable. They are made of a soft and somewhat thick material that is just the right amount of stretchy. The third reason is that the built in belt thing works great. I was a size 36 (large) when I bought them, have lost weight and now wear the 34 (medium). The larger size pants cinch up well without looking and feeling overly bulky still. These things can accommodate a wide range of waste sizes. These pants are plenty durable for mountain bike riding (and street riding) and I would recommend them over any mountain bike short, especially if you'd like something for riding in other seasons besides summer. I wear bike shorts underneath them and they feel fine. I've tried some yoga poses in them and they work great for that, too, as I suppose they should.I own three pairs of these things and will probably buy more if and when the larger ones get too big. I'm almost tempted to buy other styles of Prana pants and have them hemmed up so I can get them in more colors.

Oh the glorious man-pri
Knickers... Man-Pris... whatever... these are pretty much capri pants for men.I've been made fun of for these and I've been complimented for them as well. The people who give me crap for these are usually homophobes, so whatever... (I'm straight btw)Whatever's.... these knickers are comfortable and they match my driver shoes and/or TOMS which I wear w/o socks.I'm a 33" waist and got Medium and they're snug. The material is this thin nylon-ish material.Again, very comfortable and perfect for days where it's too hot to wear regular pants, but you're not in the mood to wear shorts... if you've ever experienced that...

Excellent Knickers!
I bought these knickers for use in yoga. Yoga pants can be a bit long, and can bind up your feet in certain poses, but the Nemesis Knicker is perfect. It comes down to about 6 inches above your ankle, is made of very flexible material, and is highly water resistant. For use in yoga, it is a little less soft than pants such as Lululemons Kung Fu pant or 72k's Wave short (both of which I recommend as highly functional mens clothing for hot yoga practice), but it is very comfortable and works very well for yoga. That is why I bought these Knickers. Once I got used to them, they have become my go-to everyday pant. They are just excellent and stylish, and I am comfortable wearing them out and about with friends or going to the gym or yoga studio. They've even replaced my super comfy Duluth Trading Co. sweatpants for what I wear when chilling around the house in the morning/ evening. I'll be buying more of these, in more colors, and I am interested in checking out the Sutra pant, which seems like the Nemesis Knicker except full pant length. Highly recommended.

nice shorts for mountain bike riding
I bought these shorts to ride my bike in the chillier winter weather. They are very comfortable and are roomy enough to wear a liner underneath if so desired (I wear a 34 waist jean, and I got the Large). There is a cinch belt that enables you to pull it tight enough that it won't sag when you are going up and down on your bike, or any other athletic event. The material is soft and comfortable, I will get at least one more pair and will be wearing these shorts most weekends during the year.Update: I now have three pairs of these shorts. I lost about 20lbs, 32-33 waist in jeans now and the last pair I got was a medium. Fits great, the larges are still quite wearable as well. I get comments about them, (some unfavorable) as they are long...but I don't care, I love the fit, and wear them all of the time. They are still great bike riding shorts...

SUPERB!
I absolutely love these knickers (though I don't love calling them "knickers" for some reason). If you're looking for this style for your workouts, outdoor activities, running and/or yoga, GET THESE PANTS!The stretch nylon is medium-weight, water-resistant and perfect for practically any activity that would require ease of leg movement. The gusseted inseam is also a great feature providing added comfort and added range of motion. These pants are a bit pricey, but I think they are well worth it. They are made of quality material and the attention to detail and construction are excellent!TIP: For sizing, definitely visit the prAna website to get their fit chart. I am a 31 waist and usually wear a medium, but I got these in small and they are a bit loose on me.

Love these comfortable knickers. I used them in plays on stage.
Love these knickers.... They stretch as needed, cooler than long pants, comfortable, and I wish I could wear them everywhere. I got them to wear on stage in plays. I pinned the pants around the knees and wore over the knee socks for the plays, and the look came out just perfect for the parts I wore them in. Now I have to find other places to wear them in public. I imagine bicycle riding would be perfect... now I am using my imagination.
