Soylent is great!
I’ve been using Soylent as an occasional meal replacement for a few years now. The taste is pretty good and I feel full after consuming it. It’s a convenient way to avoid junk food and feel good about what you consume. You can save money and get healthier by using Soylent. If you have GI issues after consuming Soylent, I recommend drinking it slower and taking a sip of water between each gulp. It’s a meal, not a beverage, so take it slowly. Tastes best refrigerated but it is shelf stable.

Do not drink this if you have GERD.
Tastes good, made me feel full, the product itself is fine. However, if you have GERD, this is not for you. The liquid will flush through your stomach too quickly, resulting in unfortunate digestions issues on both ends, if you know what I mean.

MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKES VARIETY
If you never tried these you need to. We’ve been buying a bunch because we both are hybrid, working both from home and in the office. This is great when we don’t pack lunch or just need a quick meal. Shake and drink. And the flavors are amazing. I like the Strawberry and my bf likes the Chocolate. But can’t go wrong with any of them. Happy with these.

Great flavor but not filling
Happy with the flavor and texture of this meal replacement. For 400 calories I expected it to be more sating of my hunger. Not a good lunch replacement for me which is why I bought this. I need to eat again too soon after. I’d try using for breakfast instead or swap to the smaller ounce bottle and pair it with fruit or nuts to meet your calorie needs.

Best meal replacement ever!
Tried this product for the first time and was totally hooked! It's very tasty Strawberry is my favorite. It's gluten free as well as plant based and very filling, i love to have one when not in the mood for a full meal. I have ordered 3 times since I tried it. I absolutely love them. I do find them to be kind of pricey though.

Good taste
I used it when doing aligners as meal replacement. The taste is very good. Shake is medium thick and keep me away from hungry for more than 4 hours.
