Combo splitter and joiner - one works to allow to headsete to listen to the same thing. The other allows you to bridge your mic and headset into a 4 pin jack (Xbox controller). I bought it mostly for the joining aspect which it works well for. The splitter is solid quality especially for the price. Def recommend it.

Great price. I had to get this for our podcast headphones and to for our dual lapel mics to plug into my phone for video on YouTube.

One set of splitters only one side worked so only got sound in one ear, Amazon took care of problem.
