Didn't know what to expect... not bad!
I'm used to eating fresh mussels, usually in a white wine or curry sauce. So fresh, chewy, and tasty! These tinned mussels are not that, but they're not bad. I ate them like I eat sardines... put a couple on a saltine cracker, add a few capers, and a splash of Espinaler hot sauce, and they're quite flavorful! Just know that tinned mussels lose their chewiness and take on more of an overall creamy texture. It's not bad... just different. Give 'em a try!

Overcooked to the point of losing texture. Only significant flavor came from the mildly interesting sauce.
