Fit on top of ‘23 Kia Sportage
This bag was dependable for our cross country trek over the summer from the West coast to VA on top of our Sportage. No damage done to as we fed straps through side doors, we also responsibly secured ratchet set on top of it and used minor padding behind the straps to account for friction against the paint. Our pack was evenly distributed but filled to the brim as well as placed travel lock on the zipper for running into gas stations and such -SECURE, water proof, and slightly matched our sapphire blue car! Get this rooftop back! many bugs lost their lives (RIP) Hibs washed down the pack and dried it and it folded nicely into the included storage bag!

Great Product!
I used this carrier many times. It is easy to use. Very spacious and rugged! I like that it’s foldable and easy to store.

Seemed like quality carrier, but ripped in 2 places the first time we ever used it
The straps were a little difficult to adjust when needing to tighten them down to secure everything to the roof. The first time we used it was on a 400 mile trip. The waterproof flap that covers the zippers ripped on the trip TO our destination. The bag itself developed a hole/rip on the trip back from our destination.I've been looking at hard shell carriers for my next purchse because I'll have to purchase another one now that this one is no longer usable.

Totally waterproof - great value
I purchased this product in April of 2021 and have used it for 3 trips, each 1300 miles in length. On the trip that ends today, we drove about 5 miles through a rainstorm that felt like we were driving in a car wash! 100.00% waterproof! VERY VERY important for purchasers: There is a lot of trial and error in learning how to install this, load it, and attach it to your roof. Here is my system which worked perfectly on this 3rd trip:1. Dry-stage your loading plan on the ground well before your trip. Know exactly what will fit and allow you to completely zip the carrier closed.2. Lengthen all 8 top straps near their maximum.3. On each strap, below the "male" bayonet clip, is a plastic piece that slides up and down the length of the strap towards your car door. Slide that plastic piece down a few inches from the male clip. IT IS VERY hard to adjust this when the male clip is snapped into the female clip on the straps that come down from the top of the cover.4. With your Veetos FULLY LOADED and zipped shut, start adjusting each pair of straps so they are reasonably tight when clipped. Do this with ALL EIGHT straps. Do NOT fully tighten any pair until you're done adjusting all eight.5. Shorten or lengthen each strap in a pair (front passenger door pair and front driver door pair first and second) so that you have to really pull the male bayonet clip to get it into the female side.6. SECRET STEP!! Disconnect the male and female clips. Slide the square plastic piece up on the long, lower strap so it is SNUG up against the male clip! THIS HOLDS IT TIGHT IN TRANSIT.7. Clip the male and female ends together on each of the two straps on the front passenger door. Repeat on the driver side.8. Repeat the process with the rear driver-side and passenger-side pairs of straps.9. Check the tension on the front 4 straps. To readjust, unclip the bayonet clips, SLIDE THE SQUARE PLASTIC LOCKING PIECE DOWN A FEW INCHES, lengthen or shorten the long strap, slide the locking piece up, and reattach. This is all necessary to ensure a super tight attachment of the Veetos to your roof.

Uh, I mean it worked
NC > Orlando road trip, made it there and back BUT where my hard sided luggage sat at the back of the pile it wore a hole. Idk what speed it's rated for but I'm guessing i95 isn't a road they tested on. Brought duct tape specifically in case this sort of thing happened. I taped both sides of the hole and melted the glue with a lighter for 100mph duck tape and it held up the rest of the way home even through a storm, so for the price it's a good little cargo holder but I'm probably going to invest in a solid one next go round.
