Why does this product contain glucose, fructose and sucrose?

I have no idea, I only know the product has worked for me. please contact manufacturer for technical questions, I didnt formulate it, I'm just a user.

The ingredients list lactose. Do you have a lactose free option?

If it is listed as appropriate for lactoce intolerance why does it have lactose as an ingredient?

Several reasons - probiotics often come from dairy sources such as yogurt, and need lactose to thrive. So it supports the initial growth, feeds the product/keeps it alive, and helps to maintain its stability. It also plays a role in the “prebiotic” effect. Seems counterintuitive, but the same reasons it’s helpful for lactose intolerance make lactose a necessary part of the product.

Why does it contain lactose?

I do not believe so, but dont currently have box to reference ingredients/contents, just the blister packs I removed from box. I've been taking it for 2 years and its greatly helped my IBS issues
