Great product
Great quality, worlds better than the standard rope you see at every commercial gym. Much more comfortable. Highly recommend for tricep work.

Great for those with golfers elbow!
Iโve struggled on and off with golfers elbow for about 10 years. This limits my range of motion when doing any type of arm exercises but this tricep attachment is perfect and lets me do pull downs and overhead extensions without any pain! The ergo grip is where itโs at!

Rope attachment - helps with golfer's or tennis elbow injuries
I got this to take to the gym to be able to keep my arms in a neutral handshake position in order to not aggravate and to nurse my golfer's elbow while still getting a workout. It worked great for this. Only criticism is the end caps that cover the ends of the rope under the handle both came off easily, so probably should be glued better from the factory. Unfortunately, these caps also indicate which handle is left and right, which isn't as intuitive as you would think. These end caps coming off don't affect the functionality of the product though

Great addition to my gym equipment
I have been using a standard rope for many years and have always experienced pain in my hands where the ball attaches to the rope (when using heavy weights). This has ELIMINATED that issue for me.

Pain free
Love it I have arthritis in my fingers and when I use a rope it starts to hurt. This handle's grip is very friendly and pain free. Highly recommend it!!
