This is one of the WORST Amazon buying experiences I have EVER had. Poor customer service and return policy. I got taken on this!Since I couldn’t return it (without paying too much in shipping), I decided to try it, and guess what? DOESN’T DO A THING! I followed the (poorly written) instructions to a T. Even tried it more than once, and on different people. Either I got a very defective product, or I have been swindled. You’re buying an expensive flashlight that does NOTHING! Seriously, save yourself the money, time and hassle. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this product or my buying experience.
