Nice and soft to chew and the flavour was really lovelyIt said to take one a night and I just didn’t notice any difference so I started taking more and ended up taking four. At least I can see that they don’t give you any side-effects however I don’t notice any difference in my sleep sadly if anything I think there was too much sugar in there and I was just having sweets before bed, but they did taste lovely

Sent as a replacement to a subscription - a bit disappointed to be honest. The flavour is quite strange and they don’t work as well as my usual. I think I’ll have to start having two a night rather than one

Let me first say this is based on me and me alone. They may work entirely for you. I purchased these because I'd had another brand of gummies before and they greatly helped my deep sleep so I bought these as I couldn't get the others again. They taste fantastic, however they do the opposite of what I want. They leave me with a very strange uneasy feeling. Although sleepy my brain is more active and I cannot drift off at all. I have tried this several times and with different amounts but same thing. I hope they work for you. The only way is to try.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping and a coworker gave me a pack of these. I started using it daily. I confess that in the first few days I didn't feel any difference but now it makes me more relaxed and I can get some sleep. These gummies are delicious. I use it under my tongue until it dissolves.
