I REALLY wanted to love this window cleaner. I am a big fan of robot cleaning products- I have 2 robot vacuums, 2 robot mops and a robot gutter cleaner... I am a sucker for anything that can do my cleaning for me. I tried it out on 3 windows yesterday and they looked good, until the sun hit them and I saw they were completely covered in circles. I followed the directions and cleaned dry first, then put cleaner on the pads the second round. I tried again today and, when it got to the top of the first window, it fell off of the window and broke at the charger connection. Great product idea, if only it worked...

On first use, first day of arrival, worked on two windows and then started flashing a red light and beeping indicating that it needed to be sent back to manufacturer. Reach out to initiate return and, in what can be charitably described as a failed google translate into English from some other language, received instructions that they want me to send it back. Fine. They provide a shipping label that indicates that I will pay postage on it and that they will send me another one. Not fine. I respond asking for a prepaid shipping label, since these have to be shipped hazmat due to the batteries it adds to the cost. Broken English response that is unintelligible. Respond and wait a day or so, don't hear anything and just initiate an Amazon A-Z Guarantee claim. Immediately receive several emails from different persons with conflicting instructions asking me to send back the product and cancel the A-Z Guarantee. I ask for a prepaid shipping label and have still heard nothing back from them. Refund was issued but no prepaid shipping label was ever sent so it is still sitting in the corner waiting to be shipped back.Really too bad, product seemed to work well for the most part, wish the durability and the support had been there to back this thing up.

Can't say enough about this great window cleaning aid. First day out of the box I cleaned half of the windows throughout my home. I have several floor to ceiling windows that were always unattainable unless I risked life and limb to try and clean them. In particular, a large picture window on the second story of my entryway was pretty dangerous to get to since a normal 8 Foot ladder wasn't even high enough to reach bottom of it. I Simply used a poll to place this cleaner on window and using the handy remote started it right up. Was pretty exciting watching it climb the window and reach places I could never touch.All my Windows have come out sparkling. Since this is like a car buffer for windows it gets them much cleaner than I ever could. Only pitfall I've seen is the odd circular shape makes it not able to reach the corners of any windows. I considered that a small price to pay considering a 99% of the window was much cleaner than when I started.

I live in a 3 story Victorian and cleaning the windows 40 ft in the air is akin to taking your life into your own hands. As such, we've mainly just resigned live with dingy dirty windows.Not anymore. Enter this little guy. You charge him, put in his safety strap, spray a little Windex on the pad, and turn on the motor. Crack your window and stick him on the window. Then use the remote and he'll quickly clean the whole pane. Very nice.Set up and unboxing was difficult, however. The instructions are sparse and very poorly translated into English. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out what to do. Also the batteries in the remote were installed but tightly wrapped in plastic. It took me a while to figure that out. I had to remove the batteries, unwrap the plastic, and reinstall to get it to work. That seems unnecessary.

What a brilliant device. I have a 1960s post and beam home with 9 by 5 foot windows. Typically window washing is around $375 for in side and outside. This little device has been working hard a couple hours now and has done my entire atrium. It has removed calcium stains that the window cleaners could not removed by polishing. I'm honestly shocked by this device. The only way it would be better is if it dispensed solution of some kind but even then it works so well as it is designed that would just give it more reasons to break. According to the manual and website it's support apps but I have yet to be able to find a link to the so-called apps. Android or iOS. It really doesn't matter because it comes with the remote regardless but it sure would be nice to get warning when the device is done with the window. By far one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon in a long time

At first I really loved this little machine. I will never expect a robot making a better job than a human, but for someone like me, living in a house with big windows and not having the time or the mood or whatever it takes, to clean the windows frecuently, this was working really good for me; my windows have never been so clean. But after 6 months of use it began to work wrong. I have been using it for six months, only once a week on each side of the house, so that I cover the entire house in a month, precisely because I didnt wanted it yo work so much; but now it doesnt moves on a straight line as before, it slides on the window and sometimes it falls down, so I cant leave unatended, it seems like it have lost suction. So, the thing is that now I am wishing that I would have spend a little more money and have bought another brand. :(

OK, it's not perfect (doesn't get in the corners and doesn't handle baked on grime), but it does do a decent job on light dirt and it's easier to lean out and plunk it on the window than to get out the extension ladder to wash the third story windows. I think once the windows are truly clean it will get regular use to keep up with the dust.And for the heck of it I tried it on the inside wall in the stairwell, it did OK at getting the cobwebs that are way out of reach up in the corners at the top of the stairwell (It takes the tallest ladder I've got the clean the light fixture in that stairwell, and it's hanging from 15 feet of chain)It would be nice if the remote gave you a bit more control (you could go to a bad spot and go back and forth over that spot that way)

I know I could probably hand wipe faster, but this thing I just put on the window and go do other work. I especially liked it on the outside. The long cords are a bit of nuisance and the tether too. I used it on a glass table top and it was so so. But I'm really pleased with the patio door, kitchen window, and the fly poop it got off my large diningroom window. I've only had it a couple days and used it on the doors and 3 other windows and the table top so far. Glad they included several replacement pads. I hand washed them after and they were dry in a day after hanging them.

I live on the 19th floor, and my building has gone cheap, meaning they only get the windows cleaned once a year. That's cheap. I wonder where my strata fee go??? Anyway, I hate the dirty windows, and I can't clean them. But, I can reach out through the one opening window to the outside of the window. I decided to try this one, and it was the least expensive of anything on Amazon, so I tried it. And, this thing did the job perfectly. Not without a bit of angst, though, as I bought one, and it developed an electrical fault after about two hours. I did about half of my 24 windows and It quit working, and I inquired with customer service, - end result return for refund. But after a day or so looking at half my windows clean i decided to try again. I bought another, and this new one has performed exactly as it should. What I didn't realize was, how dirty my windows were on the inside as well. So, in the end, I have 24 large ceiling to floor windows cleaned inside and out in about 4 hours of .... not really working... but watching this thing and then moving it. Luckily I have one opening window per side so I can reach outside and stick it on the outer side of the window. (Just two windows I can't reach). I tried it on my shower doors, perfect, then the walls, perfect. It may be faster to spray them with glass cleaner and tile cleaner, and rub rub rub, but this is waaaay easier, even though the noise is a bit loud and gets on your nerves. But it works. I now have clean windows, and more time to look into where my strata fees are going.

What can I say, but frickin amazing. It actually works. I have purchased both machines from Alfawise now, and they both work great. WOuld not be without them. Cleans inside and out in minutes. I use non streak windex.
