This has been an absolute god send during the heatwave, I’m 33 weeks pregnant and really struggling with sleeping. I bought this in the hope it can keep me a little cooler. Although it says it doesn’t need to go in the fridge/freezer, I’ve found this is the best way to keep it cooler for longer. I’ve popped it in the fridge for a few hours then tucked it under my sheet when I got into bed. Much more effective than a fan. It is a little weird laying on it even with the sheet over the top but it’s worth it for the cooling effect

Lovely and cold when U first lie on it,but soon heats up,I even put it in the fridge,but didn't stay cold for long.The weight of it is light ,I got it for my menopause,but found that its not that helpful.Its a good size though

Using this I got the first night of decent sleep in the past week in the Uk heatwave. If you feel it warms up too quick put it in the freezer for 20 mins or so and that works well. Only thing is that once you lie on it it warms up, but that’s why the freezer trick is good as it’ll help keep it cooler for longer while you fall asleep. Highly recommend for summer, especially us neurodivergent folk who find that sleeping in the heat is an extra struggle.

I put it under my bedsheet, it's very cold to start with but after a couple of hours seems to absorb my heat and hold it. It's ok most of the time but really irritating and unhelpful during the new hot summers we're having. I tend to start off with it on the bed and get frustrated and pull it off during the night. Mine hasn't leaked and I move it around quite a lot. I'm 5'10 and it covers me from shoulders to top of my legs, so it's a decent size. Comfy to lay on. Not sure I'd buy it again due to it holding heat, not really effective for a full night during hot summer.

Bought these for my boys to keep them cool to fall asleep. On opening the boxes looked mouldy as shown in he picture and the mats were dirty. They didn't smell and did come clean with disinfectant wipe but I don't expect to receive new products in that state. Quality seemed OK but after laying on them for 10mins they became warm, by morning they might as well have been sleeping on a heated blanket. The pet ones I have from aldi are much better quality, stay cool much longer and are less than half the price for the same size.

As HGV driver the last couple of weeks has been ridiculous hot in the cab and trying to sleep on night time has been very hard till I tried this cooling matt and I managed to get 9 hours sleep and it was still cool when I wakeup. Well worth the buy.

Wow!!!! This mat is just amazing! First night using it and it lasted until 4.30am by which point it was actually a heat pad as it had absorbed all my menopausal sweats! I had it under my sheet and from the moment I went to bed around midnight I felt cooler and more comfortable for the first time in forever. Love it! It's almost full body size for me at 5ft1. I hung it up and about 1hr later it has cooled down again and I put it back under my sheet. I was awake for the toilet anyway! I literally went online at that moment and bought the smaller pillow pads. It works like magic!

Nice keep you cool in bed. But I find it warms up of body heat. But soon goes cool again as soon as get out of bed. Really does cool you down tho.
