For me it works well.
I take a prominent well know blood pressure med with a diuretic. . I would get a feeling of being light headed and spacey.I heard a PharmD talking about this and the specific med. They recommend this exact Zinc supplement. I swear it works. Relieved the symptoms the first day and never got it again. I'am Amazed and relieved! 3rd bottle taking the recommended dose. Drops in a half glass of water or ice tea.

Pretty good stuff
I could never take zinc capsules because they made me sick. After having COVID, I felt I needed a boost in my immune system. I was leary of trying this, but glad I did. I built up to the 7 drops, and put it in my morning glass of water, zero taste or smell, and zero stomach upset.
