I bought this as a gift. I haven't presented it yet, but, I have checked it over. I will be a welcome and appreciated gift. Update; I have presented the gift and mu daughter seemed thrilled. It worked as advertised and even better than I expected.

Amazing sound system. Wasn’t hard to figure out. Good sound quality!

Terrible product. Remote control does not work; radio pops and changes channels at will with poor reception; reception lasts only few minutes. Irritating to listen to popping, disjointed sounds. CD player does not work. Looks nice. Buttons indicate multiple features as am/fm radio, CD player, tape player.....nothing works, CD and remote not at all, AM/FM poor.

The first one I received had a bad, buzzing speaker. The seller was very responsive and replaced the boombox with another one. Mostt of my music CDs could not play very loud, so if you want a party machine you may be disappointed. It is very light and because of its light and flimsy construction, I am very careful not to bump it. When I pushed the buttons to run the tapes, I hd to anchor the thing to keep it from moving across the table. This is simply not the sturdy boombox that used to be made in this country (or Japan). I gave it a high review brcause it works well for my primary uses, listening to audiobooks. and copyimg cassette tapes.

The remote control Does Not turn system on. Speaker wires are really short, hard to have stereo sound. Cheaply made.

When I took the system out of the box, I could tell from the light weight of the system that I had downgraded from the prior system I had before. I purchased the system for my home office and wanted to be able to play CDs, tune into the radio, and also play old cassettes. This machine does all of that, but it is difficult to turn on and off and only loads one CD at a time. I wish I had been a title wiser when I was shopping. It seems to work well—just seems like it’s a cheaply made and has an antenna sticking out the back instead of a more discreet wire I can feed out the window.

A great audio system that plays my analog and digital music. So many functions and good sound. The list of functions alone are impressive. My favorite is the dual cassette player. I can record from digital media, USB, Bluetooth, cd, tape, radio, and from the built-in microphone. The bass is good, I felt the vibes. I would say if classic/ modern music is your thing this is a compact and easy way to keep up with new music, or relive CDs, tapes or listen to the radio, when not using Bluetooth connection or using the USB port. The packaging is good and the customer service of outlet is outstanding. A great bridge between generations of audio enjoyment. It's either for home, or portable with batteries. I'm going to play some music from my phone to check Bluetooth connectivity with some of my favorite songs
