I tried these after seeing a YouTube short. Needing more protein for surgery recovery, I thought I'd give it a try due to the more healthy ingredients. I followed the directions, it's important to let the finished product rest a little to achieve the creamy texture. I was surprised it's actually delicious. It's going into my regular rotation. I'm really impressed with the good ingredients to add protein. For the health aspect and convenience, I believe it's a fair value for the money. I mixed in a wedge of laughing cow cheese to my serving to make it more creamy

My son who has autism loves the Goodles Shella Good Aged White Cheddar Pasta! He would only eat that other brand that starts with a "K" then just stopped eating it! We kept buying different types of Mac & Cheese for him to try! When we bought this one to try, it was a big hit so now when he goes shopping he will only pick this one! Not a bad price and it actually tastes really good along with having quality ingredients!

Super good! I am diabetic and I make these as directed on box I add a bag of frozen broccoli and grilled chicken and a quick dinner that doesn’t spike my sugar and I stay within my calories for the day and great source of protein.

The flavor is incredible — rich, creamy, and tastes like aged white cheddar, not the artificial powdery stuff most boxed pastas use. The shells cook perfectly and hold the sauce really well, making every bite super satisfying. If you love mac and cheese and want something that tastes gourmet while still being easy and healthier, this is an absolute must-try.

Delicious and I keep buying for the nutritional qualities, but they are expensive for a boxed mac 'n cheese in general. Also, their additional fiber means that their "mouth feel" is always "under-cooked" even when they are not actually under-cooked.

This is my new go to for Mac and cheese. No difference in texture. The flavor is great and protein is a great value.
