I have tried so many protein powders. It wasn't until I spoke with the very well built associate at the vitamin shoppe that I found this AWESOME protein powder. What separates this brand from others is the balanced organic nutrition. Some powders have a lot of protein, but lack enough healthy fats, or the carb ratio is off. This brand has the balanced nutrition people who are looking to add lean muscle weight would benefit from using. It took a few times to get used to the flavor, I add peanut butter or a banana with half an avocado. So far this has been the only brand of protein powder that hasn't upset my stomach. I use it about 5xs a week. It recommends 2 scoops but I usually use 1 1/2, as the scoop is big. I am a hard gainer with an ectomorph body type, this protein powder has helped me really add lean muscle weight.

I have the cookies and cream flavor in this brand and let me tell you it has an amazing taste to it very delicious, mixes well. I usually put in some oats with peanut butter with vanilla soy milk 👍definitely would order again !

So bought this brand for the 1st time got theChocolate brownie flavor mixed it with chocolate cashew milk taste so good . I don’t get how people say it smells bad wonder what flavor they got . This one smells like brownie mix & the taste is good. What I notice is these powders taste different depending on what you mix it with . I notice chocolate flavor one taste better mixed with something that has chocolate in it compared to mixing it with normal milk . If I get vanilla flavor ones I mix them with oat , rice , or almond milk taste so much better then normal milk . Even better if you mix the vanilla ones with like oat , almond vanilla flavored milk . Like I said depends what you mix it with how it’s gonna taste really .

Excellent way to get all your missing nutrients. Great taste and high quality protein. Great amino acid profile as well. Would recommend.

Tastes horrible, like chalk. Also doesn’t mix in well and clumps up. Would NOT recommend.
