Not the most durable (don't run it over with a car and you should be good) but for $20 it's definitely worth it. It fits a little awkward at first because of the handle so I snipped that off and it fits perfect. Spins great, gets more comfortable every time I sit on it (I am 6'5 200lbs)Not sure if it fits a regular 5 gal but it fits the yeti 5 gals great

Fits bucket well, swivels fine and is comfortable. I am a large guy and this seat has held up surprisingly well.

I have 2 of these, and use them in both summer and winter. I have the foliage pattern. They fit snugly, but can be removed without much trouble. They are padded, but not soft, firm support I appreciate. I use them on a 6 gallon bucket because it is higher than a 5 gallon bucket, but of course they fit 5 gallon buckets too. I weigh 225 and they still swivel. In summer I make a cooling station by putting a water bottle, spray bottle of water, a washcloth, and a camping fan in the bucket, grab the handle and carry my seat cooling station around when I'm doing yard work. In winter, I have insulated gloves, hand warmers, and an ice scraper in the bucket, pop on the seat and carry it around the yard as I shovel snow. It's a great seat for a rest, but I also use it to sit on and still shovel snow out around cars and trash cans that can be done with a small shovel without straining my back! I use the plastic cover to keep rain and snow off it between uses, if I don't want to bring them inside or put in the shed. Amazing for sitting around the campfire, and as extra seating outside. Can't recommend these enough!

For a Home Depot sized bucket it would be a great lid but it is too small for yeti buckets.

When I first got this cushion lid it fit great and was an awesome upgrade to the “basic” cushioned lid for my 6 gallon baseball bucket. A month later and it doesn’t have the tight fit whatsoever. I end up with a trunk full of balls rolling around after every single practice. It was a 5/5 at first impression but it’s sadly not that great anymore. I’m not sure if it warped a bit from being in my trunk with temps 100+ here in there in SoCal. I’ll be trying to find a way to get the lid to fit tighter without ruining the lid or bucket.

This was amazing for my baseball bucket. The kid fit great on my 5 gallon bucket and the swivel works amazingly. This is very hard to beat for the price.
