Nice hat worth about $20. instead of $50., (including the return because it was too big) and UPS pick up charge of $8. Real light weight and packed in a clear baggie. I was expecting at least a brown envelope or a small box for the fifty-dollar price tag. It's not here yet, UPS dropped it off at the post office instead of bringing it to my door. It added another day to the delivery. The price for the one I returned won't be credited to my account for a week or so. They said.

This is an inexpensive hat. It's not heavy, so it's good for summer. It's not fancy or for dress occasions, it's made of ripstop cotton. If you need a hat to keep from burning your dome while out riding or working, this is great. If you want a fancy hat to wear to a wedding, this probably isn't it. Figure it out people, it's an inexpensive hat, so that's what you should expect. Stop expecting magic for less than 40 bucks, and maybe you won't be disappointed.I have the black and the grey. The grey ALMOST has a purple tint to it, super slightly.

I'm partial to this style of cap, but most of them are wool and dark colored. Caps with a more summer weight can often be pricey. I got this one in Jordan tan and it hits all the bases. It's priced right, looks great, protects my balding head from the sun, is well built, cool, and my wife can spot me in a crowd!

I usually cannot find a hat or cap that fits well. This one fit me very well. If you have a rather large head, this caps is for you

This is my second Hats in the Belfry purchase. I'm digging this hat company because their hats actually fit. Yeah, you can say that about any hat company I suppose, but I have a somewhat fat head (literally and figuratively). Hat size matters a lot. Further, ordering hats online, you have to rely on them being accurate in what constitutes XL or 7 5/8 is really 7 5/8. These people are nailing the size issue. For that alone, they've become my first stop in hat shopping.Now, this particular hat, in addition to fit, is very light and comfy. Exactly what I was looking for. I have a very nice (not Belfry) wool flat cap, but it's VERY warm in the spring. Don't even think about wearing it in summer. So, what I wanted was something light and comfy. This did the job.The color is accurate to the picture (dark grey in my case). The construction is good. The material, rip stop, seems to be good. I'm happy with this hat, especially for what it cost.

Second one I've bought. Wore the first one daily for years. I have several newsboy-type hats, but this is the one I wear constantly.
