Unfortunately it won’t stay in tune. Will need to take it to a store to have it restrung.

The guitar has weird noises that are almost unbearable, just look at my video.

Great guitar for the price! Strings need to be used many times before they can keep the tuning, but that's normal. The product comes with a case, which is great, 3 plectrums, and a capo (which is not of the best quality). For 50£ it's a must buy, for beginners especially.
