Nice mould set for poached eggs
These are a nice mould set for poached eggs, can be used in the air fryer, oven or sitting in boiling water. Takes a bit of trial and error to get those poached just right but that was always the case.

Excellent product.
If you line the cups with a small amount of butter or any cooking oil prior to cooking, the poached eggs slip our easily.

Looks great quality….
Eggs can stick, because they are a little thicker than some they take a while to cook. Nice quality though

Poached Egg Heaven
While the price of eggs has gone through the roof, it's still a good source of protein that has a place in your meal prep budget. One of my favorite ways to eat eggs is poached. I have to admit, I was a little leery about how well these silicone cups would work. Follow the directions that come with the cups and your eggs will come out PERFECT every time. I even bought a small mini silicone spatula to help remove the eggs from the cups, but with a little bit of oil rubbed on the surface of the inside of them, removing the eggs was shockingly simple and made the spatula unnecessary. I just tilted the cup and the egg slid right out without any effort at all! I may even get another set so that I can cook more eggs at one time.Also.... If you've researched online the process for freezing eggs for long-term storage price savings, these silicone cups would fit the bill. Store the frozen eggs in an airtight or vacuum-sealed bag, and they'll last for at least 6 months. I was using the silicone cupcake liners on a cookie sheet to freeze the eggs but these would work just as well. When thawing the egg, if you see a little bit of frost on the outside of the frozen egg, you can give them a quick rinse under cold water before thawing them in a bowl. The yolk will set slightly from the freezing process, so they aren't as good as fresh eggs. But if you whip the thawed eggs in a blender or food processor, they make excellent omelets. You can also use them in baking or bread recipes.

Love these!
You only use the tiniest bit of oil in them, literally one drop per cup, and nothing sticks. The eggs turn out perfectly, and slide right out. They wash up beautifully, not sticky, and no egg residue. These make poaching and cleanup easy.

Egg poacher
they cook faster with the lid on the pot but that also creates condensate in the egg cup which needs to be drained without the egg slipping out of the cup.

Consistently Good Poached Eggs
These poachers are thicker than others offered on the market, they have flat “stands” moulded to the bottom of the cups. Considering these come in a package of four, they are half the cost of others offered, and I think the quality is at least equal, if not better. There are a some tricks to making consistently perfect poached eggs: 1) oil the inside of the poachers (I use margarine); 2) put ONLY 1/2” water in the bottom of the pan (don’t allow the poachers to float or they will ship water); 3) put the poachers (with eggs) in gently boiling water, cover, and cook for five minutes for a soft yolk, removing immediately at the five minute point. Six minutes of cooking will produce near-hard yolks. Remove the egg immediately from the poacher using a plastic spreader (which won’t damage the poacher).

Picked up soapy taste
These are easy to use, and clean, but picked up soapy taste that would not go away.
