The container is refillable. I refill with Singer Oil I get at WalMart

This is standard machine oil, unless the manual dictates a specific oil then it should.

Q: Can we use for serger too

Different sewing machines take different weights oil. Singer machines and Serger machines, sometimes called over lockers, take a thicker oil (#10) than the 700 series Berninas (#6).
