ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I LOVE IT

Product won't connect with my phone. Followed all instructions and troubleshooting advice. Went through the whole thing three times and still doesn't work. And Amazon will not let me complete a return of any kind just 3 days after receiving.amzon would never let me complete my return so I'm stuck with this garbage.

It is hard to get used to at first but it is a great tool to look in my children’s ears and see if they need them checked or not!

I was so eager to buy this and for it to come in. Once it got here I immediately charged it completely up. The camera quality at first was awesome… however once I put on the piece to scrape out the wax the camera quality was horrendous and the product all in all was not worth the money.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!! Upon trying to set the app up so I could use it, it asked for me to enter my card number to verify my identity. As soon as I put my card information into the app fraudulent activity started in my bank account. An escort or dating site had obtained my information and within 5 mins of me putting my card info into the app I received messages from my bank asking if I authorized certain activities. I said no and called the bank. There were 2 transactions that tried to come out of my account! Thankfully my credit union is on top of stuff like that so nothing came out of my account! I was skeptical about putting my card information into this app but did it anyway and this is what happened! Watch what you’re doing! Don’t go with this brand! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP!!! Just send it back if you’ve ordered it!!!!!!!

I never got to use this. It I've tried to on two separate occasions and it never turned on. After patiently charging for 6+ hours both times, the LED remained red. I've tried to reach the Seller twice and never heard back. I still need an otoscope, but I'll be using another seller.$20 gone down the drain.

We have a pool and it's common for our kids to complain of ear pain or water in the ears but many times it's temporary, it drains, and it's fine. However, after a day at a water park, our daughter was complaining a lot and didn't want to jump to conclusions so we got the scope. Sure enough, her ear was swollen, red, and full of goo.This little camera is amazing!!! And the ear scoops help Soooo much. I can delicately clean ears, look around, and observe. we've been able to track her ear infection progress. Highly recommend!!Also, we've been able to get some crazy chunks out of our tiny toddlers ears. Some ear wax is good, but large chunks cause poor hearing. What a difference
