Update.I had returned my original purchase several months ago and bought a Levy 3.5 inch leather strap which is great but maybe too wide. I purchased this again to compare the two. Super soft leather and I think I like the 2.5 inch width better. It just sits on my shoulder more comfortably. Also, the inside leather is soft and allows my bass to move. The Levy's inside is suede which can be sticky to clothing. Still not sure if I will keep it. I do not like the "tail" hanging off because it is just too long. But it is super comfortable. And I added pictures.Original review.This is the first expensive strap I bought. Wow, what a difference in the leather! This is soft and supple. It's slightly padded and feels very comfortable with my Fender P Bass. You pay more but you get quality. It straps on nice and easy with no struggle (the cheaper straps I've tried are very tough to strap on). The only complaint, and this seems to be problematic for most leather straps today, is that it is too long and needs a few more "rungs" to braid the tail strap through. I have it going through the second hole, but don't like the extra leather hanging off.

The Fender Artisan Crafted Leather Strap, 2.5" guitar strap is really quite comfortable.The strap is very soft. At the same time it is well reinforced with the layers of bovine leather, which due to the treatment are very comfortable.The strap adapts easily to the body whether you are sitting, studying or standing in a performance.I have 1.80 meters and I like the shorter strap, which was easily adjustable. For those who like to play with the longer strap I think it is extremely easy as it is very simple to adjust the height to suit the taste of taller or shorter people.The seller Guitar Audio sent the product very quickly, I received it much earlier than expected. In my case, even though it was sent to Brazil. I really liked this speed to send the item.The price is a little expensive for a guitar strap but the quality of the product easily compensates this difference. The comfort and safety of the product are the main goal of the purchase.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. The artisan leather Fender strap is the best bang for the buck for leather straps. It very soft, pliable, strong and comfortable. It coils up nicely to fit in your case. I’ve tried a handful of other leather straps which cost more than this strap and finding this one ended the search for my telecaster. Best deal was on Amazon. The big guitar stores were asking about $60 for this strap. Money well worth spent!

This is a well made guitar strap. The leather is very soft and the strap is light. I use strap locks so the openings do not get tested. The weight of my 8 lb. guitar will never be enough to damage or break this strap. I give it 4 stars because I believe it is overpriced. For those looking for a 2 3/4 inch soft and light leather strap this is it.

It is very soft and very nice, no 5 stars because in my opinion it is bit too long even if regulated in the shortest position and keeping the strap button in the last hole. I should move the strap button in the intermediate position, but I do not like to have the last portion of the strap around

三層でしっかり感、かつ柔らかい。食い込まないのですぐに馴染み易い。ストラップピンは、シャーラーのS-Locksを取り付けて、ストラトに使っています。穴の大きさも適度、身長170cm、胴長、撫で肩気味なのですが、ホールド感もよく、高過ぎず低すぎずの位置に簡単に調整できました。シンプルなデザイン、一定以上の質感。値段相応以上に思います。皮革製品なのでにおいは有ります。私は嫌な感じはしないです。
