It aims to be similar to N95 **Q: Are these supposed to come with "extenders" to join the loops behind the head and as shown in one of the pictures? Mine did not.** A: Mine did not come with "extenders" but I did not find them necessary as the fit was fine without them. **Q: Did these filter out fumes?** A: No. If you need something for fumes you would need to use a cartridge type face mask or a mask with an built in air flow system. Also depending on the fume you will need to order the correct cartridge. **Q: Is this fabric breathable or is bad for acne skin?** A: All face masks apart from filter cartridge face masks are breathable to one extent or another. I think what you are asking is wether they upset oily skin ot irritate when worn. These are not as bad as FFP3 type masks but if they are worn for a long time they probably will upset the skin as will any mask. However, they are great masks and very good value. They fit closely all round, are nice and high on the nose to prevent steaming up of glasses, and the ear loops are soft and comfortable.
