Had to replace our PUR water pitcher. Was tired of waiting 1 hour for water to filter. With much research decided to give the LARQ a try. The taste of the water in our town is not drinkable out of the tap. So far we are extremely happy with the Lara. The pitcher is very attractive and easy to pour. What is amazing is that it filters more contaminants than many other systems and filters the water very quickly. I also like that it kills any bacteria in the water. We leave it out on the counter and with the warmer weather that is a big concern. Oh, forgot to mention that the water tastes great! The supporting app is also very helpful with the information it provides like life of the filter and how many gallons we use. The price of the filters seem to be comparable to others. The company says their filters do last longer, but that is something we will have to determine.

Pitcher is great but they dont sell filters on amazon and their app has very buggy e-commerce that has now sent me into 2 infinite loops. I cant believe how hard it is to buy filters. I suggest let people manage subscriptions in amazon because its more practical to have as few places to manage subscriptions as possible and your very peculiar app creates barriers - a user should never start to regret using your product but thats how annoying it is. And i am highly tech literate, this is not a case of user error.

This is my 3rd LARQ product. I really like it. Water taste great, and it is durable. A couple cons. The battery doesn’t last as long as you would expect. I fill this up maybe every 2-3 days. And have to charge about every month. The light is also very hard to take out, this is a design issue. I have heard others say the same thing. Lastly, the fillers are SO EXPENSIVE.

It makes the tap water actually taste good. Design is solid, mechanism to refill the water jug is also convenient.
