Cleats broke after three months Cleats that hold it to the deck broke after three months became very dangerous

It's attached to the deck properly.It's wobbly when stepping in & out.It keeps trying to rise up . I've attached weights to the bottom.Will definitely e looking for a better one.

This was much lighter than I expected, and very easy to assemble. After putting it in place for my pool and deck I discovered the bottom rung was about 6 inches above the bottom of the pool, so I ended up trimming 6 inches off the handlebar ends. Trimming this hard plastic item was very easy, in fact a lot easier than I expected.But I'm very happy with the finished product right now and I've had it since June 15th, and it is currently July 6th as I write this. It does not get a lot of heavy use from kids or anyone, and I tend to think that if it did I'm not that confident it could hold up against the "abuse" because of it's lightweight.And because of its lightweight construction it will want to float, so I have some sandbags holding it down. I knew that it was going to be made of plastic so I'm not surprised it would want to float.But for me and my family, we're very happy with it.I have attached a photo of it with this review, and you can see the dark sandbags holding the bottom rung down.

This ladder is a good one does the job but it’s not heavy enough to stay down. Frequently lifts up, floats - which over time has caused our liner to shift from it constantly moving. Needed to buy ladder weights for it to stay in place.
