Boker Straight Razor 140521 King Cutter Black Handle

Excellent quality blade and excellent shave. Edge is straight without imperfections. Not shave ready, but close to it; 50 laps on a strop made the edge shave ready. Scales are a bit fragile, so be careful when opening and closing the razor. Relative to a Dovo Best Quality razor, this Boker has a slightly better blade, but the Dovo has better scales. All in all, this Boker seems to shave better for me than the Dovo. Hope this helps.

I am relatively new to straight razor shaving. It was extremely smooth and the Boker is very light, manoeuvrable. I read somewhere that it does not come shaving ready, mine was sharp enough. I gave it few laps on the strop just in case. Great shave, great razor, i recommend it! It also looks really nice.
