Easy to program
I was a little bit skeptical about ordering this remote. I received it and followed the programming instructions (which were the same as the ones in my owner’s manual).I only had one remote and I tried to program this to that remote but it didn’t work. The owners manual said you needed at least 2 working remotes to do it that way and they were right.I tried again using the steps to program without two existing remotes and it worked flawlessly the first time I tried.I saved a lot of money from the dealership price and now have two working remotes at a reasonable price.

Watch a you tube video to see how to program fob. Actually takes 35-40 minutes to program.
After removing the cap that hides the lock on the driver's door, you must turn the key in the lock 5 times to the left within 10 seconds. Then you have to push the start button on the dash. Set a timer on your phone for 10 minutes. When timer goes off, you must push the start button again and set the timer for 10 minutes. When timer goes off a second time, you must push the start button a 3rd time and set the timer for 10 more minutes, when this one goes off, your dashboard will now say fob is ready to program. Now you can insert the fob into the pocket in the center console, push a button on the new fob. and it seems to work flawlessly. Then you hold the start button on the dash for 12 seconds to exit programming. They fail to mention all these timers and wait times in both the instructions given by the company or in the owner's manuel of the vehicle.

This is useless. Came with no paperwork or instructions. No information to contact support like it says in description….,,,!,,,,,

Remote works
The media could not be loaded. I have a Cadilac 2016 Srx4 and I figured out how to make it sync and now it works flawlessly. I used the valet key in the drivers door and turned to the left 5 times and then put the new fob in the console where the fob lays into and the car programmed it for me.

Easy setup at a great price!
everyone was skeptical when I told them how little I paid for this replacement for my 2017 Cadillac Escalade. My husband set it up in no time and it works perfectly! Going to purchase another for a backup. Highly recommend. It a beautiful and heavy key fob as well. I love it.

Worked great
Does not have logo but works fine, almost exact replacement. Saved allot of call from dealer price. Took guts from my old key that got run over at work and popped them in this shell and worked great...
