After pulling the mattress out of its impossibly small (but very heavy) box, it took around 48 hours to fully inflate. I did want a firm(ish) mattress and firm this most definitely is! However, coming from a softer mattress it will take a while to get used to. The quality appears to be exceptionally good for the price.I'd imagine the firmness will change from firm to medium-firm once it's finally been broken in. Once that's happened I'll be hoping to upgrade this review to 5 stars.

I have a bad back and this mattress is so comfy to sleep on, it does offer pain relief. It's firm but not rock hard. For the quality, I'd say it's good value for money.We followed the instructions and let it plump for 2-3 days before sleeping on it.

Purchased the king size mattress, opened it within the first few hours of receiving it and allowed it 2 days to fully inflate. Absolutely no problems and a good mattress for the price, I would definitely recommend for the price point it’s spot on.

Very nice quality for the price. Had high hopes and was not disappoonted. I would definitely recommend. Perfect balance between soft and firm, nice material outside and overall good quality. A same for the bright orange around the top but other than that great!

I've had the mattress for almost 6 months now and still as good as the day I bought it. I spent ages looking for a mattress that actually is "firm". Recommended to family and friends who have said the same and are equally as shocked by the quality vs price. Good for aches and pains and although it doesn't matter, the mattress itself is very stylish. Waiting for more stock to purchase for my Mum who loved mine and struggles with backache. Highly recommended! Great investment as I now sleep better which has overall improved my quality of life and mental health as a result -Buy it.Update: purchased for my mum and she's blown away by the quality. Back pains have eased drastically. She's sleeping so much better which is invaluable. For firmness, I can't recommend this product enough.

It is sold as a "Medium Firm" mattress, but I found it fairly firm. It is comfortable enough and I sleep fairly well on it

Excellent choice of mattress it’s amazing

Nice mattress and good value for money. A little harder than I would perhaps like, would say it is more on the firm side than medium/firm. I like the funky colours and the top looked lovely and plush. The pics were taken soon after I unwrapped it so it still had a little more plumping to do. Quick delivery and arrived rolled which was great & made it easy to get it upstairs.
