Even though this is an outdoor camera, we've been using it indoors to keep an eye on my elderly parents when we can't be there. I love it because you can move it any direction(up, down, left, right). We can watch from their bedroom doors, in the hallways & into the kitchen. I had a little bit of a problem with the 1st camera(because of using it indoors & the bright light coming on at night). But this company is exceptional with their service. They answered me just a few minutes after writing to them & helped to fix the problem. And they continue to stay in touch helping with any & everything! They are always quick to respond, very helpful & so very kind. I wish I could give them a million stars. They have been absolutely outstanding!Even though this camera was on sale at a very very affordable price, its an awesome camera(even though we are using it indoors instead of outdoors). The motion tracking & motion detection are great. Or you can keep it focused on 1 location. The flood lights are bright & light up the area nicely. I haven't used the alarm since we are using it indoors. But the color is really good with daylight or lights on. & the night vision in black & white is still clear to see everything.The app that controls it is easy to use too. Its pretty easy to set everything up & took maybe 10-15 minutes from taking it out of the box, to connecting to wifi, installing the app & mounting it on the wall. I also like that you don't have to subscribe to a "cloud" service to keep recordings. You can install a sd card(not included) but you have to purchase it separately(which is fine with me). Talking through the camera through the mic & speakers, to my parents has been awesome. They hear me clearly & I can hear them clearly, even being miles & miles away. I also like that you can zoom in if you want to see something a little closer. Its an over-all great security camera. & even more so with this company's(PANORAXY) customer service is exceptional!!! Honestly, more companies should strive to be like them. They have an awesome product with exceptional customer service & they truly want their customers to be happy with their purchases/product!!!I had a little problem connecting to wifi when setting the camera up. But it was my fault. I thought I typed in the password correctly, but I accidentally entered a wrong number. Once I entered the correct password, it connected flawlessly.If you are thinking of getting a Security Camera, I say don't hesitate on this one. Its a great camera at an amazing price & if you need any help, this company will be right by your side. A million thumbs up!P.S. I like this camera SO much that I am buying more for gifts for family & friends. We put 1 up at my finance's house(outside as intended) & it works Awesome! It lights the outdoor area up very nicely. He keeps an eye on his pets out in front of his house(which he loves). He also likes that he can see anyone that is coming to his house or stopping out in front of his house. The camera(set on motion detection) can follow anyone going(driving or walking) by the front(or sides) of the house, so he knows who is around his house at all times. His house was broken into & things stolen around Christmas last year. So this camera is great to watch for anyone that comes around.If someone(he doesn't know) comes to the front door & he's not home, he can talk to them from the camera & tell them he is in the bathroom or doing something that he can't get to the door(even though he might not even be there). Even if he is at home, he doesn't have to get up to see who's at his front door(since he's getting older). He can also let a UPS, Fedex or Amazon driver know where to leave a package when they come. Talking & hearing through the camera is very nice & clear. If something is going on outside & he wants to see better, he can zoom in to look closer(he loves that). Especially if 1 of his animals gets into something they shouldn't. There have also been a couple hit & runs to some cars parked on his street. & some cars broken into & things stolen. This way he can keep an eye on his cars too. Not only that but if you put a SD card into the camera, it will continuously record whats going on. So if he's busy & can't sit there & watch all the time, he sets the motion detection on & record so if something happens, he can go back to watch the recordings.All in all we love this camera. & the company/customer service behind it is very helpful & kind, if you need them.1 more thing I'd like to mention is, at night if you have the light on the camera on, it lights the area up very nicely(& you see everything in color). If you choose "night mode", it shows in black & white, but even in black & white you can see things pretty clearly(unless its really far away, but then you could zoom in).Its 8-9 months later & we still LOVE this camera! It still works great! In fact, I came on here again to buy even more because we love it SO much & want more family & friends to have it too. & we're putting another of this camera on the back of the house now, too. I'd still give this a million stars or thumbs up!

Everything worked great for three months. Started having problems like camera was stuck in in one position, lost connection with phone and such. I contacted customer service. Response was almost immediate first from Amazon and later from seller. Tried to solve problem, some of it was solvable, but not all. Customer service worked with me in a timely manner. After all (about two weeks), I got a new camera as a replacement, and no need to return the old one. Excellent product and amazing customer service!!!

The camera was supposed to be 4mp and assumed it would have great image and zoom quality but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The picture is a bit grainy and although I have set to the highest definition QHD , the quality seems low bit. Aside from that, the motion tracking option was what drew me to this cam, but unfortunately it does not work as expected! It tracks leaves shaking on trees and or goes off looking at insignificant things, while cars and people pass by in the background 🤣. I have tried resetting, unplugging the cam after changing settings, etc etc and nothing works to fix the issues. If left with that option off, it records well on a stationary view. The drawback to that is that it does not have a wide field of view and relies on movement to see things that are slightly out of view and without a working motion tracking, it’s useless and a no for me dawg. Sending back.

The media could not be loaded. Update: went out today try to get working, and discovered that the usb power adapter apparently went bad!If this one goes bad, then assuming not enough amperage from the OEM units.Put a new one in, and fired back up.I was happy with this model. Since I wrote this (see below), it was fine.One of two I bought, suddenly quit recording sound in the recording.The manufacturer was kind enough to send me a replacement.Now, the replacement (which I finally got time to install about 1.5 months ago, suddenly quit connecting, and the red led turns on/off about every 15 seconds, and the white floodlight blinks about every 20 seconds.I’ve rebooted the camera several times, was getting over 40% WiFi signal.I like the camera, but tired of continuous failures.i bought my first one back in April 2023.Then I was so happy with this brand over the previous manufacturer, I bought another.Recently, I discovered that the first one I bought, lost audio, not video on playback. On live viewing, had both video & audio.i wrote to the manufacturer's support email, and they kept in contact with me troubleshooting the problem.Finally they were good enough to not only send me a replacement camera, but a new 64GB micro memory card to boot!Note; this was past the return date to Amazon.Compared to the previous brand (won't mention) I had before, this brand is better in the following regards:1. The previous manufacturer's camera only had a horizontal mounting ability; PANORAXY gives vert & horz.This cab a very important feature when you go to find a desired location to mount!2. PANORAXY is much quicker in motion response.3.PANORAXY's is much quieter when you looking at live and moving camera; less motor noise.4. PANORAXY has a much cleaner view...SD, HD, & QHD.5. The app allows not only motion, BUT sound detection as well, and both can be turned on or off.The app provides a multiple of options, and lets you do many different functions.6. PANORAXY model, over the previous model, has ONLY the USB male connector cable to connect to power, via supplied 110v USB adapter, whereas the other brand had 3 connections at the end of their cable...power, Ethernet, and reset button. It was a pain to try and conceal/protect all of those fittings.7. The Panoraxy gives a full 360 degrees, whereas the last brand gave about 350 DEG. Can make a difference when you're trying to see everything.I have had/tried at least 4 different outdoor cameras in the past, and the Panoraxy has given me the best results so far. And a very good price for the camera.

I was a little hesitant because of the price, but the reviews are accurate. The video quality is spectacular, even at night time. Setting the camera up was easy and I like that there’s no monthly fees for data storage.The motion sensor is a little sensitive, so if you’re putting it in a high traffic area, you may be flooded with notifications. At one point it was constantly moving when the wind would blow a bush below it. Just had to adjust its location and keep the sidewalk out of frame.The one thing I wish it had was more programming options, such a time frames for certain notifications, or setting an area.Overall I’m very happy with it, and would consider purchasing another and would recommend to others.

For what this camera cost, you cant really go wrong.. Basically, from out of the box to setup is 5 min. The power cord was long enough for me to mount the camera and attach it to power. The night vision on this camera is quite something. The spotlight was a pain in the butt until I figured out how to disable it. Sound quality is not bad. I would not use this for 2 way communication. The app works well and has some good settings, however, I use my personal software to access the camera and this is where it became difficult. The camera does support ONVIF, but that is it. You cannot specify a port and have to deal with the built in port 8000. Accessing the camera with software other than the app from a remote location was near impossible. I was just about to return it, until I finally found the path to the live stream.. So you have to make sure your software can use both IP or URL to access the camera remotely, outside of the same network. Accessing the camera via ONVIF on the same network was easy as pie. Great little camera to keep an eye on a larger area. Tracking works well.. All the features work well.. Again, cost me less than an extra large pizza.. **** Changed to 1 star**** Everything above was true.. However, unit just died.. No longer working.. I guess you get what you pay for..

Got this cam for out door security. It works very well, night vision is great!! The fact that it can run off my phone via the app that needs to be installed, I like the fact I can view my cam feed any time of the day from anywhere.The siren is great and it alerts us if someone is in the yard.I really like this cam and it’s a great purchase!! Very pleased with it along with my family!!Thanks for a great product!!

This is a great camera for the price, both with the tilt and pan options and the free to use all functions at no cost in the app.Customer service is also amazing. Prompt and helpful.After spending some time trying to figure out how I can isolate this camera and use it on my internal isolated network only, I have found that you cannot control this device internally only, the camera requires a handshake with the app over the internet to allow the connection to the app. For the most part, this camera should work for anyone looking to have constant remote access and should be secure as long as you do not share your camera serial number with anyone outside the people you want to have access to it. But because of the internet requirement, I noticed that you do experience some delays with the auto detect movements and notifications, because the data has to route through the internet before it reaches the app on the phone.I had given this product a 5 rating at first, because I was impressed at the quality you get for the price, and all the available features without a subscription was really good compared to others. However, having the decent quality based on the price you pay, night vision put aside (night vision is not good for picking up details of the human detected, but likely not any worse than others), it does not serve my needs for internal use only. I still give it 4 out of 5 for the product and customer service that comes with it.
