**Q: Does this supplement help with post nasal drip?**
A: It is a good support. You should watch Dr Berg's videos on vitamin D3 too. I don't get sinus infections anymore.

**Q: Big Dr Berg fan but amount of elderberry seems low. Is the simply a better version so less is needed?**
A: Dr Bergs videos say that D3 isn't absorbed properly by the body without K2 so I don't get why it isn't included.

**Q: Would this be good for my 72 year old Mom?**
A: Yes.
