It works very well, has 0.25 MOA adjustments with positive clicks that don't require any special tools to adjust. I just used the case rim from spent cartridges. The glass clarity is very good, though maybe not quite as clear as the very best prisms. However the value is way better with these, as you'll pay a huge premium for marginally better clarity. The primary weakness of the optic is the mounting hardware. You have many options, but the durability is probably not going to be fully duty grade like a Trijicon. But it's compatible with standard mounts so it's upgrade ready in that regard. I'd like to see a QD mount option, since the eye relief is good but still means you'll want to have the optic as far back on the rail as possible, which means it's hard to have backup irons also mounted behind the optic. It would be nice to be able to remove the optic in the field and access BUIs placed in front of the optic. Offset irons are a possibility but not what I prefer. Lost the battery cap on the range one day, PA replaced it no questions asked. Excellent optic. Easy to use. Light weight. Low profile. Very accurate. Well some Acogs are 5x or 4x and the primary arms is a 3x so they’re not going to compare. Now to the actually important stuff besides comparing it to a 1200 sites…. It as amazing eye relief, mounts for almost any height you may want. It’s tuff and won’t loose zero from dropping it.
