Works surprisingly well
I had a snoring problem for a while, and it got to the point where I had laser therapy done on my throat to alleviate it. This helped the mouth snoring, but my often congested nose still caused nasal snoring. Needless to say, I wanted another solution. I tried several kinds of nose clips that never worked, but these definitely did! Personally, I like the ones that are solid a bit more than the ones that look like little nets; they're softer and seem to fit better. I could feel a difference right away, and the fact that there are different sizes helped since nostrils are NOT all the same size. I definitely sleep better and quieter now, so yay! :)

Great for Restful Sleep
Had been very tired, my doctor had mentioned that I might not be getting enough oxygen while I slept because my nostrils were restricted, and recommended a CPAP machine. I didn't want to go directly to that as it would be difficult if I traveled for work. I tried these and they helped immensely. I can definitely tell if I go a night without them. Very helpful and cheap alternative, and easy to travel with. Highly recommended.

Works great
I received these on 12/12/22 and used them the first night. I use a smart watch to track my sleep and that includes how much time I spend snoring. On 12/6 I scored for 3hrs 25 mns, on 12/7 I scored for 2hrs 27mns, on 12/8 I scored for 3hrs 52mns, on 12/9 I scored for 2hrs 35mns. Now on 12/12 I used this product for the first time. I snored for 1hr 59mns. On 12/14 it was down to 1hr, 31mns and on 12/15 it was down to 1hr 27mns. Plus my husband says I don't snore as loudly. I used the smallest net type one on the first night but by morning it was a little bit out. So I switched to the next size up of the solid type one. That one is a little more flexible so I feel that it is gentler on the inside of the nose and I don't feel it at all in there. I do have a deviated septum and chronic rhinitis. The best part is there are no drugs to take to open up the airways. I will continue to use these and if need be buy more. The only thing is if you're the only one in the household using these and you're only using the one size then the rest are a waste unless you have friends that can use one. So I feel as though I spent $15.00 for one pair.

Does not interfere with sleeping
The product provide four different sizes. I tried a couple of them and found the next to smallest one fits my nose the best. I have no problem breathing and sleeping with it attached to the nose. Overall they are easy and comfortable to use. I liked the soft solid style the best.

I can breathe!
I have a deviated septum, and I can't breathe through my left nostril AT ALL unless I actually hold it open :( some nights I'll genuinely feel like I'm suffocating.Anyways, I bought these because I figured they'd be a lot better than the nose strips, and I could use them forever, just wash and keep them clean. My only worry was comfort, but man you hardly even feel these things in your nose!It comes with several different sizes for all noses, and even has suuuper soft ones.as well as firm ones. They truly work! I can breathe as if I have a normal nose now LOL, sure it may look a little goofy but at least I can breathe! :) I'd imagine you could even use these when working out, if you're like me and have a deviated septum and can't breathe through your nose as well as you should be able to.Overall I'm very satisfied. Just wash them with soap and warm water and keep them clean, and they'll last forever.

They work but
They work but you need to start with the small one or medium and work your way up to large or extra large if either of those are the ones that fit you right I started with the large and woke up with a nosebleed so I made that mistake however I gave these three stars because they do keep the nasal passage open however I think you can get nose bleeds from them if you select the wrong size and use it as they are pretty sharp on the edges even though there silicone and I believe it scraped my nose and caused it to bleed I will be trying the small and medium and see if the same thing happens in a few days and I will update my review to include these findings.

Very cheap, and damaged
There's maybe $0.50 of product, here. I knew I was in for disappointment when I so the bogus FDA logo on the box. Product was twisted and deformed for being crammed into the small container, but I'm not sure these would work too well, anyway unless you have truly giant nostrils. And not that they're complicated devices, but the are also no instructions or guides included. Very poor product, and very bad value overall.

Makes for a quieter sleep!
I did not believe I snored at night until I downloaded the Snorelab app which records me sleeping and I can hear my snoring! No wondering I was feeling tired in the morning! I tried the breathe right strips BUT they did not always stay on. I bought these and shoved them in my nose and what a difference it made in my snoring! Now, I still make some sounds but not like I used to at night! The device stayed in my nose all night long and did not fall out. I prefer the one that is solid as the one with ridges did rub a bit more on the inside of my nose.
